Presently, the appraisal result of 2007 top 50 global construction machinery manufacturers was announced. SANY Heavy Industry was ranked among them.

Comparing with the rankings in 2006, SANY has advanced 22 rankings from 48 to 26 and other listed construction machinery companies have also made progress, so Chinese companies became the highlights in this appraisal.

7 Chinese companies were ranked. Besides SANY Heavy Industry, XCMG, Zoomlion, Shantui, LiuGong, XVMA and China Longgong were also in the list. In 2007, total sales of these 7 listed companies was 7.9 billion dollars, nearly occupying 6.5% total sales of top 50, while in 2005, total sale of them was only 2.7 billion dollars, occupying 2.7%, which demonstrated the rapid development of Chinese construction machinery market.
